Shanghai SCIP Water Treatment Plants

Located in the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park ("SCIP"), the Shanghai SCIP Water Treatment Plants provides professional industrial sewage treatment services to enterprises in the area and ensures wastewater produced in the area is properly treated before they are discharged into the sea. It also produces and sells treated water to users in SCIP.

Chongqing Tangjiatuo Waste Water Plant provides specialized sewage treatment service. It also constructs, operates and manages related treatment facilities, and engages in other businesses related to sewage treatment. The sludge discharged from the sewage treatment process is treated by an advanced sludge treatment facility (currently being built by Chongqing Construction Company) where sludge is dehydrated and transported to the landfill, reducing pollution to the river.

Shanghai SCIP Waste Incineration Plant is located in the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park ("SCIP"). Its new incineration technology enables it to treat various kinds of hazardous organic waste, as well as wastes of a wide cross-section of physical properties and packaging. It also provides any waste-treatment related services to enterprises in SCIP and other areas of Pudong, Shanghai. The incineration plant is equipped with an Air Pollution Control System of EU standards to minimize impact on the air quality.

In North East New Territories Landfill, landfill gas is used to generate power for on-site electricity demand and as a direct heating fuel in the leachate treatment plant in the landfill. Surplus landfill gas is transmitted to Towngas as an alternative heating fuel for fossil fuel used in town gas production. It helps conserve the depleting natural resources and reduce the total emission of greenhouse gases.

Suzhou Industrial Park Sludge Treatment Plant, which is located at Suzhou Industrial Park, effectively reduces significant amount of water content in the sludge. The sludge being treated will be used as an alternative fuel for the power stations in the region to conserve natural resources.

Having signed an operation and management agreement with Changshu Fluorine Chemistry Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Plant, Sino French Water Environmental Technology Consulting (Shanghai) Company Limited is responsible for the daily operations including technical support, facility maintenance, environmental hygiene and water quality monitoring of the project, aiming to ensure that the waste water being treated complies with environmental legislations.
