• The Main Storage Reservoir Water Treatment Plant II of Macao Water Supply Co. Ltd. is officially opened

• NWS Holdings acquired stake in Chongqing Water Group ("CWG"). Together with SUEZ Environment, the Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement and a share purchase agreement with CWG, becoming the strategic investment partner of the latter.

January 2008

• Signed an agreement with Huizhou Government to develop and operate the Conghua-Dongguan Expressway (Huizhou Section). NWS Holdings owns a 15% equity interest.
