Citybus Limited became a member of Merryhill Group Limited in 2003. It operates 92 franchised bus routes on Hong Kong Island that had a daily patronage of 527,000 in FY2007. It also serves the Airport and Tung Chung new town with another 18 franchised routes.

New World First Bus Services (China) Limited provides bus service in Mainland China. Its first joint venture Kunming New World First Bus Services Limited commenced operation in early 2004, and is now running 54 routes with 881 buses in Kunming, Yunnan Province.

New World First Ferry Services Limited operates ferry routes in inner harbours and outlying islands in Hong Kong. Its seven routes have a daily patronage of 40,000 in FY2007.

New World First Ferry Services (Macau) Limited provides passenger ferry service between Macau and Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Its market share has been raised to 25%.

New World First Travel Services Limited provides travel services and travel-related products, including vessel charter hire, hotel packages and air ticketing, etc.

Urban Property Management Limited manages about 230 properties or a total gross floor area of 15 million sq m of commercial, industrial and residential properties in Hong Kong, including Grand Millennium Plaza, City One Shatin, Parc Palais, Park Lane Shopper's Boulevard, etc.

KLPS Group Limited focuses on the property service market in Mainland China and Hong Kong, and provides a full range of agency and marketing solutions. It manages a total gross floor area of 5.11 million square metres in Hong Kong including projects such as New World Centre, Shun Tak Centre and Convention Plaza.

New China Laundry Limited offers laundry and dry-cleaning, linen product trading, maintenance and replenishment services to major hotels, restaurants, clubhouses and retail clients in Hong Kong. Its laundry outlets, Kleaners, provide customers with dry cleaning and laundry services. It also provides industrial textile wash for Guangdong Province in Mainland China.

Urban Parking Limited operates and manages over 6,000 parking spaces in HKCEC, Convention Plaza, public housing estates of Hong Kong Housing Authority, etc. The company also engages in sales and installation of car park equipment.
